Ballet Attire

Female dancers are required to wear a leotard, tights and ballet shoes. If the dancer is taking Acro as well, we recommend the tights are convertible (hole in the bottom so the tights can be slipped over the foot for acro class). Hair should be pulled back from the face preferably in a bun. Male dancers should wear black stretch pants and a t-shirt as well as ballet shoes.

Acro Attire

Female dancers are required to wear a leotard or unitard and footless or convertible tights - we prefer the children barefoot when performing acrobatic tricks in the studio. Hair should be pulled back from the face, but should not be pinned on the top of the head because it hurts during tricks. Male dancers should wear black stretch pants and t-shirt and also be barefoot.

Hip Hop Attire

Male and Female students should wear leggings, sweats, or baggy pants and a t-shirt. Shoes can be tennis or street shoes such as high tops, etc. Hair should be pulled back in a ponytail, braid, or low bun.

Jazz/Modern Attire

Female students should wear a leotard or unitard, tights and jazz shoes. Hair should be pulled back from the face in a ponytail or low bun. Male students should wear black stretch pants and a t-shirt as well as jazz shoes.

Tap Attire

Female students should wear a leotard or unitard and tights, with a pair of tap shoes. Hair should be pulled back from the face in a ponytail, braid, or low bun. Male students should wear black stretch pants and a t-shirt as well as tap shoes.
